According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Cardinals are 6.5-point favorites to beat the 49ers, who opened as 6-point underdogs. As for the total, the number hit the board at 44.5 and that's where it currently sits.

San Francisco 49ers Betting Trends

The 49ers are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games versus divisional opponents, are 4-1 against the number in their last five games overall, and are 4-1 at the betting window in their last five conference games. Still, San Francisco is winless at 0-5 against the spread in its last five games played in October.

Arizona Cardinals Betting Trends

The Cardinals have failed to cover in four of thie rlast five home games, are 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 games versus NFC opponents, and are 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games played in the month of October. They're also just 1-10 at the betting window in their last 11 games after accumulating less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game.

OUR PREDICTION: The Cardinals have issues offensively and it starts with their offensive line. They can't protect Carson Palmer, who doesn't have the mobility to overcome when his line does break down. The 49ers were horrible defensively a week ago but they have an underrated front seven that can put pressure in Palmer's face. The Cardinals are coming off a short week of practice and rest and now play a divisional opponent today with their season basically on the line. They should win, but I like the Niners to keep things close after finally showing signs of life offensively last Thursday.
