Rams vs. Bucs Pick
Will the Rams and Bucs play under the total in Tampa this weekend when the two teams meet at 4:05PM ET on Sunday?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bucs are 5-point home favorites versus the Rams after opening as a 4-point favorite. As for the total, the number currently sits at 42 points after it opened at that same spot.
LOS ANGELES: The Rams are off to a 1-1 start after losing 28-0 to the 49ers in Week 1 but rebounding with a 9-3 win over the Seahawks as a 5.5-point underdog last Sunday. Case Keenum was just 18-of-30 passing for 239 yards with no touchdowns but he also didn't throw any interceptions either. Todd Gurley was once again bottled up as well, rushing 19 times for just 51 yards.
TAMPA BAY: Following their 31-24 upset win over the Falcons as a 2.5-point underdog in Atlanta Week 1, the Buccaneers fell flat last Sunday in a 40-7 defeat as a 7.5-point underdog versus the Cardinals. Jameis Winston was 27-of-52 passing for 243 yards and a touchdown but he turned the ball over a whopping four times. Mike Evans caught six-of-18 targets for 70 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
OUR PICK: The under has been a goldmine when these two teams have faced each other, covering in five of the last six meetings and in all five of the last five meetings in Tampa. The under is also 20-8 in the Rams' last 28 games overall and is 39-17-1 in their last 57 road games. On the other side, the under is 4-1 in the Bucs' last five games in Week 3 and 9-4 in their last 13 games in September. The Rams continue to own one of the most inept offenses under Jeff Fisher, but their defense remains solid. They're a great under team.
