According to oddsmakers from BetDSI, Lynch has been given odds of 5/1 to win the Super Bowl MVP honor. His over/under total for rushing yards has been set at 92.5 yards while his odds to score a touchdown has been listed at -200. Super Bowl XLIX will be played on Sunday, Feb. 1 from University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona at 6:30PM ET.

Lynch had another solid season for the Seahawks in 2014, rushing for 1,306 yards with 13 touchdowns during the regular season. He also added 37 receptions for 367 yards and four scores. He was rather quiet against the Panthers in the playoffs, rushing for just 59 yards on 14 carries while catching three passes for six yards. He also didn’t score in that game. In the NFC Championship, Lynch had 157 rushing yards on 25 carries with one touchdown while catching a pass for 26 yards.

This season, Lynch has had at least 93 rushing yards in six of the 18 games he has played in and he has scored a touchdown in 11 of the games. Lynch had had at least 20 carries in nine of the games and his season-low in carries is six. Lynch and the Seahawks are going up against the ninth-best rushing defense in the NFL this season. New England gave up just 104.3 rushing yards per game this season.
