STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) -Two suspended Penn State football players have been charged with one count each of marijuana possession.
Charges were filed against defensive linemen Maurice Evans and Abe Koroma. They have been benched for the last two games by coach Joe Paterno.
Police say the charges were filed after authorities responded to a call about loud noise at their campus apartment on Sept. 2.
Evans and Koroma haven't been on the team's depth chart the last two weeks. Paterno declined to answer questions about them at his weekly news conference Tuesday.
