The schools announced Wednesday plans to play on Nov. 20, 2010 at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The game will conclude Georgia State’s inaugural season.
Curry, Georgia State’s coach, said playing at Alabama – where he coached the Crimson Tide to a Southeastern Conference championship – “quickens the pace of everything we are doing.”
Curry coached at Alabama from 1987 through 1989. Alabama won the 1989 SEC championship.
