Baylor Bears Game Notes
Monaray Baldwin gathered in 6 of 9 targets for 123 yards during Saturday’s 29-28 defeat to TCU. Baldwin recorded his second 100-yard receiving game of his career. The sophomore is putting together a solid season with 30 catches (on 45 targets) for 530 yards and four touchdowns to go along with seven rushing attempts for 71 yards and a score. He’s Baylor’s best receiver and should be their top target at Texas next week.
Texas Longhorns Game Notes
Bijan Robinson posted 25 rushes for 243 yards and four touchdowns during Saturday’s 55-14 win over Kansas. Robinson’s four touchdowns were a career-high as he followed up last week’s poor performance against TCU with a monster fantasy performance. It was the second time in his last three games that the superstar back went for over 200 yards rushing. The crazier part about his stat line is that it was accomplished in just under 2.5 quarters of play. Look for Robinson to keep chugging along as the nation’s top running back when Texas plays Baylor in their regular season finale.
