Coach Brian Kelly says Prosise (concussion) has “fresh legs” after the running back was held out of the Irish’s 28-7 victory over Wake Forest last week. Prosise is expected to return to action tomorrow night as Notre Dame tries to stay in the top 4 of the college football playoff rankings.
“I think his words were, he feels like himself again,” Kelly said.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag currently list the Irish as 15.5-point favorites to beat the Eagles on Saturday night. That spread is down from the opening number, which had Notre Dame favored by 17 points. As for the total, the number currently sits at 42.5 points as both teams have a strong defense and the Eagles have had issues moving the ball offensively all season.
