Eastern Michigan Eagles Game Notes

Austin Smith went 16-for-28 for 190 yards with two touchdowns and an interception, along with 18 rushing yards, Tuesday night against Akron. Smith has started two games in a row under center for the Eagles in place of Taylor Powell. It seems likely he'll get the nod again next Wednesday night against Kent State.
