Washington vs. Utah Pick
Will Washington and Utah rack up enough points to push the score over the total on Saturday at 3:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Utes are now 10-point home underdogs versus the Huskies after opening as a 10.5-point dog. As for the total, the number opened at 51 and has been bet up to 52.5 at the majority of online and Vegas sports books.
The Huskies have now covered in seven of their last 10 games overall and are 4-1 against the number in their last five games when facing a team with a winning record. They're also 16-7 at the betting window in their last 23 games when they failed to cover in their previous game and are 0-3 against the number in their last 12 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous contest.
On the other side, the Utes are 11-5 against the spread in their last five games after allowing more than 40 points in their previous game but are just 1-5 against the number in their last six games following an ATS win. They're also winless at 0-4 against the number in their last four home games versus a team with a winning road record.
OUR PREDICTION: Washington is averaging 47.9 points per game thanks in large part to quarterback Jake Browning, who is on pace to have a hsitoric season. Browning leads the FBS in touchdown rate at 15.1 and he's thrown 26 touchdowns in just 172 attempts. He should have plenty of success against Utah's defense, which allowed 45 points to UCLA last week despite the Bruins starting backup quarterback Mike Fafaul. The over is 4-0 in the Huskies' last four games overall, is 4-0 in their last four road games, and is 6-0 in their last six conference games.
