College Football Championship Odds
The 2018College Football Season is five weeks in and the national title picture is starting to take shape. Here’s a look at the latest odds to win this year’s playoffs.
According to oddsmakers at BetNow.eu, Alabama is favored to win this championship, as the Crimson Tide are getting odds of -175 to win. Other short odds to win are Ohio State (+450), Clemson (+600) and Georgia (+700).

Alabama is No. 1 in the rankings and has been the clear dominant team in the nation. The Tide have won all five games by at least 22 points, with four wins by at least 37 points. Alabama still has games with LSU and Auburn, as well as a potential SEC Championship. Bama has won 17 national championships and is the defending champs.
The Buckeyes are 5-0 on the season after a comeback win at Penn State on Saturday, 27-26. Ohio State is now No. 3 in the latest rankings and they have wins over PSU along with TCU. They still have some challenging games against Michigan State and Michigan, as well as a potential Big Ten Championship game. The program has won eight national championships, with the last coming in 2014.
Clemson is fourth in the latest rankings following a narrow 27-23 win over Syracuse this weekend. The Tigers have a quarterback issue right now as Trevor Lawrence is dealing with an injury and Kelly Bryant decided to transfer prior to last week’s game when Lawrence was named the starter. Clemson has to face the likes of N.C. State, Duke and South Carolina, as well as a potential ACC Championship Game. The program has won two national titles, last winning in 2016.
Georgia is second in the latest rankings. The Bulldogs are 5-0 with double-digit wins in all five games, including wins over South Carolina, Missouri and Tennessee. The Bulldogs still have games with LSU, Florida, Kentucky, Auburn, Georgia Tech and a potential SEC Championship Game. Georgia has won two national titles, last winning in 1980.
