Texas A&M vs. Alabama Total Prediction
So far, no opponent has been able to slow down the Alabama Crimson Tide. The question is, will Texas A&M provide enough scoring to help bettors cash the over on Saturday afternoon when the Aggies visit the Tide at 3:30 p.m. ET?

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Crimson Tide are 27-point favorites to beat the Aggies. The total, meanwhile, sits at 61 points. As of this writing, 52% of the public betting tickets wagered on this matchup are on the Tide.
Texas A&M Aggies
Nick Saban thinks Jimbo Fisher has done a nice job since taking over at Texas A&M. “They’re a completely different team than they’ve been in the past,” he said, noting that they’re in more regular formations while still incorporating the spread.”
Alabama Crimson Tide
Alabama breezed to its first true road win of the season last week in a 62-7 win over Ole Miss, and its most impressive feat was slowing down an Ole Miss offense that looked so good for the season’s first two weeks. The secondary was burned on the opening play, but when Ole Miss tried another deep ball on the next drive, Trevon Diggs knocked it away and the Tide cruised to a dominant performance.
Betting Trends
Texas A&M
The over is 4-1 in the Aggies’ last five games overall.
Alabama
The over is 5-1 in the Crimson Tide’s last six games played in September.
Prediction
Alabama is going to score 40-plus points. The question is whether or not Texas A&M can contribute enough to help push the total over. Because Ole Miss has an outstanding offense but the Rebels mustered 0 points after scoring on their opening drive last week. Worse yet, Ole Miss started to wind down the clock early in the fourth quarter in a 62-7 game, which killed anyone with an ‘over’ ticket with the total sitting at 71. I believe the Aggies can get into the double digits this weekend. They moved the ball against Clemson, which has a nasty defensive line, two weeks ago in a near upset. Jimbo Fisher’s offense should come through enough for bettors to cash the over in an Alabama game this time around.
