College Football Betting Trends
Pittsburgh
The Panthers have hit the under in eight straight road games against a team with a winning home record and in 11 of their last 12 road games.
Penn State
Penn State has hit the over in 12 of its last 14 non-conference games and in 12 of their last 15 following a win.
Prediction:
These two have met the last three seasons, going over in two of the three meetings. Given that Penn State has put up big points in the first two games, it is surprising to see the total so low here. I think Penn State can continue to score at home against a Pittsburgh team that hasn’t been very good defensively in recent years. The Panthers haven’t shown much on offense, but I still think they can contribute some points here, which will allow this over to hit. Penn State seems to be out for blood this season.
