College Basketball Betting Trends
Purdue
The Boilermakers are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games overall. The under is 8-1 in the last nine Purdue games overall.
Butler
The Bulldogs are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games overall. The favorite is 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings.
Prediction:
The Boilermakers have a top-five defense nationally and while the Bulldogs are pretty good offensively, I think in a neutral setting I like the advantage Purdue has defensively. The Boilermakers have played a very difficult schedule and are in need of a big win or two to get their season back on track. This is a great opportunity for a resume builder away from what will be a brutal Big Ten schedule once January hits.
