Prediction:
The Cavaliers have played four top 100 teams on their schedule, but the only squads they have beaten by more than this spread are worse than Stony Brook. The Seawolves are a competent team that does have one poor loss on its resume at Delaware, but has also held its own with two of the three top 100 teams they have played. Stony Brook is a better defensive team than on the offensive end, but as long as it makes enough possessions difficult for Virginia it should be able stay within striking distance and cover this spread on the road. Don't expect many points or a fun viewing, but every basket seems to have a little more importance in a Cavaliers game and that makes it special in its own right I suppose.
