Public bettors backing Creighton over IU

Creighton and Indiana will square off at Assembly Hall tonight at 7:00PM ET and public bettors are heading to the betting window to back the underdog Bluejays.

Our College Basketball Public Betting page shows that of the current wagers on tonight's game, 55% of public bettors are backing Creighton, which is a 13-point underdog according to oddsmamkers from online sports book BetDSI. The Bluejays are 2-0 this season and are coming off a 103-78 win over UTSA as a 19-point favorite on Tuesday night.

The Hoosiers are also 2-0 to start the season but after succesffully covering the spread as a 25-point favorite in an 88-49 win over EIU, Indiana failed to cover as a 30-point favorite in a 102-76 win over Austin Peay on Monday.

One player to keep an eye on tonight is Creighton guard Maurice Watson Jr., who is a transfer from Boston University. He's made 8-of-11 shots on the new season and is averaging 10 points.
