NCAA Basketball Betting Trends

The Wildcats are 0-5 ATS in their last five road games. Villanova is 11-3 ATS in its last 14 games versus the Big Ten.

Ohio State

The Buckeyes are 4-10 ATS in their last 14 games versus a team with a winning percentage above .600. Ohio State is 1-5 ATS in its last six games following an ATS win.

This contest is a great mix of experience and youth, but I trust Villanova a little more in this spot. Ohio State struggled down the stretch last season and aside from Wesson returning to health, a lot of the same pieces are in place. Wesson being healthy is huge, but there is still a lot to prove for the Buckeyes. I'd rather take a shot on a Wildcats squad that won the Big East Tournament plus an NCAA Tournament game last season and is arguably much better in 2019-20.
