Tshiebwe recorded the most rebounds in a single NCAA Tournament game since Phil Hubbard in 1977. Despite missing out on a double-double, his defensive impact and control of the glass were crucial in Kentucky advancing to the Second Round.

Markquis Nowell finished with 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt), six rebounds, 14 assists and three steals across 37 minutes during Friday's 77-65 victory over Montana State. The senior put on a shooting performance in Friday's victory over Montana State, shooting 58 percent from the field and 50 percent from long-range. Nowell also matched a season-high 14 assists which makes this his eighth double-double this season. The guard will look to continue his solid play Sunday against Kentucky.
