West Virginia earned a 72-71 win over Oklahoma Wednesday night in the Big 12 Tournament when it was determined Sooners guard Christian James had his foot on the line for what would have been a 3-pointer that forced overtime. The Mountaineers (13-19) outscored Oklahoma 39-36 in the second half of the win. West Virginia shot 27-of-71 from the floor, 9-of-30 from 3-point land plus 9-of-13 at the free throw line. College Basketball Betting Trends

West Virginia

The Mountaineers are 4-3 ATS and 3-4 straight up in the last seven meetings with the Red Raiders.

Texas Tech

The under is 4-3 in the last seven meetings against West Virginia.

The Mountaineers expended a lot of energy in last night's win and their reward is facing a rested Texas Tech team that blasted them 81-50 back on February 4 in Lubbock. The Red Raiders want to snare the highest NCAA Tournament seed possible and should make quick work of a West Virginia squad that isn't well-equipped to handle the vaunted Texas Tech defense.
