These two have met twice this season with Arizona picking up wins in both, winning the two games by a combined 52 points. Despite that, the Ducks have actually covered the spread in five of their last seven against the Wildcats.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Arizona is the clear favorite to win this game, as the Wildcats are getting odds of -10 points against the Ducks tonight. The over/under total for the game has yet to be set.
