Kansas is 26-7 on the season, 6-1 on a neutral floor and 17-14-1 against the spread. Iowa State is 24-8 overall, 4-2 on a neutral floor and 16-12-1 against the spread. These two met twice during the season with the home team winning and covering the spread in both contests. Kansas has won and covered in five of its last seven meetings with Iowa State and the two have hit the over in four straight encounters.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Kansas is slightly favored in this contest, as the Jayhawks are getting odds of -2.5 points against Iowa State. The over/under total for the game has been set at 151 points.
Iowa State has won four straight coming into today, including a 67-65 win over Oklahoma on Friday.
