Despite losing 16 in a row, can Washington State stay within 10 points of Colorado today when the Pac-12 tournament continues at 5:30PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Buffaloes are 10-point favorites versus the Cougars while the over/under sits at 140.5 points. (There hasn't been any line movement as of this writing but check for updates here.)

Washington State is the midst of a horrible funk and Colorado swept the regular-season contests between these two teams. That said, the Buffaloes won by only five points in Pullman and by only seven points in a double overtime matchup in Boulder so be careful blindly fading the Cougars because of their current 16-game skid.

Bettors loading up on Colorado to cover today vs. Washington State

In the past two seasons the No. 12 vs. No. 5 matchup in the Pac-12 tourney has been competitive. No. 5 has beat No. 12 by six points in 2013 and by only three points in 2014 before USC upset Arizona State 67-64 as the No. 12 seed a year ago. The underdog has also covered in five of the last seven meetings between Washington State and Colorado so while the Buffs should advance, look for the Cougars to keep the game relatively close again.
