Oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, Washington is a 2-point favorite over the Cardinal while the over/under is sitting at 150 points. The Huskies opened as a 2.5-point favorite according to our NCAA Betting Odds page, while the total opened at 149.5 before it was bet up a half point.
The Huskies beat the Cardinal 64-53 in Seattle in the only regular-season matchup between these two teams. Now Washington might need to reach the Pac-12 tournament championship just to have a shot at the NCAA Tournament after losing six of its last eight games.

But while the Huskies are in a funk, they also have a player in Andrew Andrews that can take over any game in a heartbeat. The senior guard ended his regular season with a 47-point performance against Washington State and that effort was his seventh 30-plus scoring game this season.
Stanford's extended zone can be troublesome for opponents to convert their jump shots and the Cardinal has won four of five. But if Andrews puts on a show then Washington will advance.
