Bowling Green lost by a count of 91-67 Tuesday night at Akron to drop to 20-10 overall and 12-5 in the Mid-American Conference. The Falcons were outscored 47-30 in the second half as the Zips pulled away. Bowling Green shot 24-of-74 from the floor, 8-of-29 from 3-point range and 11-of-18 at the free throw line. Justin Turner paced the Falcons with 21 points on 9-of-18 shooting including 2-of-5 from 3-point distance plus 1-of-1 at the free throw line. He also notched three rebounds and two steals. Buffalo won the MAC regular season title Tuesday night with an 82-79 win at Ohio to improve to 27-3 overall and 15-2 in conference action. The Bulls led 41-35 at halftime and held on from there. Buffalo shot 25-of-59 from the field, 15-of-34 from 3-point range and 17-of-21 at the free throw line. Jeremy Harris led the Bulls with 20 points on 6-of-9 shooting including 2-of-5 from 3-point distance plus 6-of-6 at the charity stripe. He also recorded six rebounds and four assists. C.J. Massinburg had 17 points, seven boards and six assists. Nick Perkins contributed 17 points and eight caroms off the bench. Davonta Jordan tallied 12 points in 16 minutes of action. College Basketball Betting Trends

Bowling Green

The Falcons are 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall. Bowling Green is 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings.

Buffalo

The Bulls are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 home games. Buffalo is 1-4 ATS in its last five games following an ATS loss.

Prediction:

Bowling Green is the last team to beat Buffalo, coming back on February 1 by a score of 92-88. While the Bulls did lock up the MAC regular season crown, they'll have revenge on their minds plus the chance to go into the conference tournament riding a strong performance. I don't see the Falcons hanging with a Buffalo squad that has won every conference home game by at least 12 points.
