Texas A&M can clinch the SEC tournament's top seed with a win today over Vanderbilt at 12:00PM ET but it won't come easy.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Aggies are now 5.5-point favorites versus the Commodores but as our college basketball odds page shows, A&M opened as a 4.5-point favorite. The total, meanwhile, has stayed steady at 140 points.

The Aggies have already clinched at least a share of their first SEC title and already have a tiebreaker-victory over Kentucky on February 20. But a win would ensure a conference title and with Danuel House, Jalen Jones, Alex Caruso and Anthony Collins playing their final game at Reed Arena, A&M will be plenty motivated to take down Vanderbilt today.

Texas A&M has covered in four of its last five games and is also 8-3 against the number in its last 11 home games versus a team with a losing record. Speaking of which, Vandy has not been kind to bettors on the road. The Commodores are just 3-7 against the spread in their lat 10 road games and are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games versus a team with a winning home record, such as A&M.
