College Basketball Betting Trends

Villanova

The Wildcats are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 Big East games. Villanova is 43-20 ATS in its last 63 games.

Xavier

The Musketeers are 1-5 ATS in their last six Sunday games. Xavier is 5-11-3 ATS in its last 19 home games.

Prediction:

The Wildcats won the meeting 85-75 last month on their home court, but the Musketeers are arguably playing the better basketball currently. With Xavier being the hosts, I think this one stays close throughout. The Musketeers are stronger on the offensive end, but the reason for the winning streak has been improved defense. If that continues today, I give it a strong chance at covering this spread against the struggling Wildcats.
