Duke seeks back-to-back wins
Duke hasn’t won back-to-back games in nearly a month. Can the Blue Devils develop a win streak when they host N.C. State today at 2PM ET on ESPN?
According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Duke is favored at home today, as the Blue Devils are getting odds of -10.5 points against the Wolfpack. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 152.5.
Duke (16-6, 5-4 ACC) hasn’t won consecutive games since beating Virginia Tech on Jan. 9 as part of a five-game win streak. The Blue Devils are just 2-4 overall and against the spread since then, dropping out of the top 25 rankings. Today, Duke takes on another team in a funk in N.C. State (12-11, 2-8 ACC), which has lost three of its last four.
Historically, Duke has been strong after a win. The Blue Devils are 27-19-2 against the spread after a win since 2014, which is the second-best record in the ACC. The Blue Devils have owned this series as well, winning eight of the last 10 while going 4-2 against the spread in the last six meetings. Duke already owns an 88-78 win at N.C. State this season.
