College Basketball Betting Trends
Gonzaga
The Bulldogs are 14-6 ATS this season. Gonzaga is 13-5 ATS as a favorite this season.
BYU
The Cougars are 6-15 ATS as an underdog the last three seasons. Brigham Young is 159-121 ATS in all home games the last three seasons.
Prediction:
Gonzaga has the top-ranked offense in terms of adjusted efficiency in the country, but lags back at 47th in defense. Luckily, its offense is so good it bails them out almost every time and lackluster competition has also played a big factor over the last month-plus. Brigham Young has a fairly strong offense and loves to play at a fast pace, so it should be able to stay with Gonzaga for a while. But eventually, the defensive deficiencies of the Cougars are likely to catch up and I see another easy win for the Bulldogs in the cards.
