Tigers get past Cyclones

Auburn secured an 80-76 home win Saturday over Iowa State in the Big 12/SEC Challenge to move to 11-2 overall and 11-0 at home. The Tigers led 42-31 at halftime and held on from there. Rebels snap six-game skid

Mississippi earned a 70-60 victory Saturday at Georgia to improve to 10-9 overall and 1-5 in the Southeastern Conference. The Rebels led 35-29 at halftime on their way to the win. Breein Tyree led Ole Miss with 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting including 1-of-2 from 3-point range plus 3-of-5 at the charity stripe. He also racked up four rebounds, four assists and three steals. College Basketball Betting Trends

The Tigers are 2-2 ATS in the last four meetings. All four meetings have gone under the total the last three seasons.

The Rebels are 0-6 ATS on Tuesday nights this season. Ole Miss is 99-70 ATS as an underdog since 1997.

The Tigers have lost their last two road games very badly at Florida and Alabama, but overall they are having a tremendous season. The problem I have here is that they have beaten up on a home-friendly schedule and overall the schedule has not been full of tough opponents. I'm going to bank on their road struggles continuing here against a Rebels squad that built some confidence over the weekend.
