Kansas did not have an answer for Williams on the interior. This was his best performance of the season and takes a lot of momentum into Tuesday's game at No. 1 Baylor. Williams is now averaging 11.9 points and 4.9 rebounds per game this season on 54 percent shooting.

James Akinjo recorded 20 points (9-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt), four rebounds, eight assists and three steals over 36 minutes during Saturday's 76-64 win over TCU. Akinjo and Adam Flagler combined for 42 points to help Baylor remain unbeaten. Akinjo has been red hot over the last couple weeks, averaging 22.5 points, 6.3 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 three-pointers, and 2.3 steals over the last four contests. He will look to remain hot in Tuesday's game with Texas Tech.
