BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) -Erik Rush scored all of his game-high 17 points in the second half as Montana State reached the century mark for the first time in nine seasons in a 103-54 rout of Northern New Mexico.
Rush led six Montana State players in double figures.
Marquise Navarre had 16 points, Danny Piepoli 15 and Will Bynum 14 for Montana State (5-4), which hit triple digits in a 100-79 defeat of Hawaii-Hilo on Nov. 25, 2000.
MSU raced to a 16-2 lead, were ahead 55-26 at halftime and built leads of as much as 52 against the NAIA Eagles (2-8).
Milos Bucalo had 13 points and Eddie Fields added 12 for Northern New Mexico, which committed 23 turnovers and shot 28.1 percent for the game.
