SAN ANTONIO (AP) -Tim Duncan returned to the San Antonio Spurs’ starting lineup for Saturday’s game against the Denver Nuggets after missing four games with a sprained ankle.
Duncan sprained his right ankle on Dec. 2 during a game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
In the games Duncan missed, the Spurs went 2-2.
Also, the Spurs’ Tony Parker was on the inactive list for Saturday’s game. Parker, who has a sprained left ankle, missed the team’s meeting with the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.
