Suns vs. Grizzlies Prediction
Will the Suns pull off the upset as a home underdog tonight when they host the Grizzlies at 10:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Suns are 3.5-point home underdogs versus the Grizzlies after opening as a 4-point dog. As for the total, the number hit the board at 210 and has been bet down slightly to 208.5.
The Grizzlies beat the Jazz 102-95 on Saturday, easily covering as a 7.5-point road underdog. Mike Conley scored 23 points in the victory, finishing 9-of-14 from the field and hit a pair of free throws. Zach Randolph also scored a season-high 28 points while shooting 12-of-20 from the field and 4-of-4 from the line. The Grizzlies have split their last 10 games and are just 4-6 against the spread over that span despite covering on Saturday.
The Suns, meanwhile, are just 3-7 overall in their last 10 games but covered in six of those 10 contests. They lost for the third time in as many games on Saturday, dropping a 123-112 game versus the Nuggets as a 3.5-point favorite. Despite the loss, Eric Bledsoe went off, scoring a career-high 41 points while exposing Denver’s backcourt. It’s too bad Bledsoe didn’t have much help.

OUR PREDICTION: The Grizzlies are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games against the Suns and are 2-5 against the number in their last seven games overall. On the other side, the Suns are 7-2 against the spread in their last nine home games, are 12-3 at the betting window in their last 15 games coming off a double-digit loss at home, and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games when their opponent scores 100 points or more in its previous game.
