Dallas Mavericks DFS Spin
Kyrie Irving provided a solid line on Friday with 18 points (6-for-16 FGs), nine rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block and one triple against the Hornets. Irving had a poor shooting night in his return from a one-game absence, but he was able to provide value in other categories to make up for it. Unfortunately, they dropped their third game in a row and now sit outside the play-in tournament. They start a five game road trip against Eastern Conference opponents on Sunday with a rematch in Charlotte. Irving will need to step up and provide a better line than he did in this game for both fantasy managers and the team.
Charlotte Hornets DFS Spin
Kelly Oubre is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Mavericks with a strained left shoulder. Oubre was held out of Friday’s win over the Mavericks in Dallas, with Svi Mykhailiuk replacing him in the starting lineup. That would also be the case on Sunday if the Tsunami Papi remains sidelined. Mykhailiuk played 37 minutes on Friday, and he’ll be worth streaming if given another opportunity to start. Bryce McGowens will also take on an increased workload, but Svi should be the preferred target of deep-league managers.
