Memphis Grizzlies DFS Spin
Ja Morant provided solid value on Wednesday with 20 points (6-for-12 FGs), seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a 3-pointer in a win over the Rockets. In Houston’s last two games, they’ve let Damian Lillard score 71 points and Jamal Murray score 32. While Morant didn’t match those numbers, he still posted a solid line despite playing just 27 minutes. On the second night of a back-to-back, where Morant put up a 39/10/10 line and scored 28 in the third, Taylor Jenkins did a good job managing his starters minutes, as none of them reached 30 minutes. While that did put a limit on their production, it will benefit them down the stretch.

Nikola Jokic recorded his 100th career triple-double on Tuesday with 14 points (7-for-11 FGs), 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a 133-112 win over Houston. In just 28 minutes, Jokic became the sixth player to reach 100 triple-doubles over their career. He’s also on his way to joining Oscar Robertson and Russell Westbrook as the only players to average a triple-double over the course of the season. Russ holds the record for most triple-doubles in a season with 42, and Jokic has 24 with 19 games left. So, he’d have to record a triple-double in every game the rest of the year to break that record. Those are long odds, but he’ll still continue to be the best player in fantasy basketball regardless.
