Grizzlies vs. Warriors Prediction
The Memphis Grizzlies have the unenviable task tonight of playing at the Golden State Warriors on the second end of a back-to-back. Can Memphis keep it close enough to stay within the number as a huge underdog?

Grizzlies fall on last-second basket
Memphis dropped to 5-3 on the season last night as it lost a tough one by a count of 102-100 at the Suns as Devin Booker scored the winner in the final second. Shelvin Mack led the way for the Grizzlies with 21 points, four assists and four steals off the bench. Dillon Brooks put in 17 points in a reserve role. Mike Conley Jr. tallied 12 points, five assists and two steals. MarShon Brooks contributed 11 points, three boards and three steals off the bench. Kyle Anderson added 10 points and five rebounds. Memphis was outscored 25-19 in the fourth quarter en route to the loss.
Warriors win seventh straight
Golden State improved to 9-1 overall and a perfect 5-0 at home Friday night with a 116-99 victory over the Timberwolves. The Warriors exploded in the fourth quarter as it outscored Minnesota 33-12 over the final 12 minutes. Kevin Durant led the way with 33 points on 11-of-19 shooting plus 8-of-9 at the free throw line to go with 13 rebounds and three assists. Steph Curry had 28 points, nine boards and seven assists. Klay Thompson accounted for 22 points and four rebounds.
NBA Betting Trends
Memphis
The Grizzlies are 0-5 ATS in their last five games playing on zero days of rest. Memphis is 2-5 ATS in its last seven meetings at Golden State.
Golden State
The Warriors are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games. The under is 12-5 in the last 17 meetings.
Prediction:
The spread might seem huge, but Golden State has won three of its last four home games by at least 17 points and the other by 10. With a couple days off to rest at home plus factoring in Memphis played last night and traveled in from Phoenix, this doesn’t seem fair. I’m certainly not going to force you to put money on the Warriors, but I think it is definitely the smarter play tonight than taking a chance the Grizzlies can hang in there for four quarters.
