Phoenix Suns DFS Notes
Deandre Ayton played 36 minutes in Tuesday’s 102-99 win over the Magic, recording a line of 21 points (10-of-19 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), 19 rebounds, and one assist. Ayton did not provide any “stocks” Tuesday night, but his response since being dominated by Knicks center Mitchell Robinson last Friday has been great to see. After scoring a season-high 30 points in Sunday’s loss to the Bucks, Ayton followed up that performance with his seventh 20-point double-double of the season. And the 19 rebounds were two shy of his season-high, which was established in an October 27 loss to the Kings. Devin Booker (protocols) could be back as soon as Wednesday, but with Chris Paul (thumb) still out, there is plenty of room for Ayton to step forward and be more of a focal point offensively for the Suns.
Miami Heat DFS Notes
Kyle Lowry returned to the starting lineup on Monday after a four-game personal absence and missed all three of his shots for zero points, three rebounds and five assists in 32 minutes of a win over the Rockets. If you dumped him after he was ruled out for this game on Sunday this takes a lot of the sting out of it. Gabe Vincent played just three minutes and now that Lowry’s back, should be swapped out for another player in fantasy. Lowry will look to bounce back against the Suns on Wednesday.
