Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Spurs are 1-point favorites to beat the Mavericks. The total, meanwhile, sits at 217.5 points and as of this writing, 55% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Spurs to cover the point spread.
San Antonio Spurs Fantasy Spin
Marco Belinelli (left knee) is questionable to play on Wednesday against the Mavericks. Belinelli skipped Monday's game with the knee issue, but we'll have a better idea on his status for Wednesday's game following shootaround. If he's out again, his minutes will be divvied up between Quincy Pondexter and Dante Cunningham, but neither of those guys are worth your attention in fantasy hoops.
Dallas Mavericks Fantasy Spin
Dennis Smith Jr. has not formally requested to be traded from the Mavericks, but he is open to one. "He likes the organization and he likes the players. I just don’t think it was probably a good [basketball] fit," said a source close to Smith Jr. DSJ has been linked to both Phoenix and Orlando, but there has been some pushback from reporters in Phoenix regarding whether or not they are interested. Either way, he'd see a major boost with either club, so if you can afford to stash him, we'd recommend doing so.
NBA Betting Trends
