According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, William Byron is the favorite to win this race, as he has +175 odds. Other short odds to win are Matt Crafton (+400) and Johnny Sauter (+500). The Careers for Veterans 200 takes place Saturday at 1:19PM ET from Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, MI.
