HOUSTON (AP) -St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Scott Rolen left Friday night’s game against the Houston Astros after two innings with a strained right hamstring.
Rolen grounded out in the top of the second and didn’t appear to be injured then, but was replaced when the Cardinals took the field for the bottom of the third.
Scott Spiezio was moved from left field to take Rolen’s place at third and So Taguchi came in to play left field.
