BOSTON (AP) -The Baltimore Orioles activated reliever Scott Williamson from the 15-day disabled list on Sunday and placed right-hander Jon Leicester on the DL with a strain in the back of his right shoulder.
Williamson went on the disabled list April 24 with tightness in his right arm.
Leicester was the losing pitcher on Saturday, allowing four runs in 1 2-3 innings of relief in his only appearance since his contract was purchased from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday.
