Los Angeles Dodgers DFS SPIN
Cody Bellinger will play in the outfield during the NLDS series against the Giants. That according to Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. Bellinger is a quality glove at first, as well, but Los Angeles wants the former MVP will be playing in the grass with Roberts citing the “defensive demands at Oracle Park.” As for who will play first, Roberts said that Matt Beaty playing the position “makes a lot of sense.” It’s been a disappointing offensive season for Bellinger — disappointing is an understatement — but he’s still capable of making an impact with his glove even if the bat doesn’t help in October.
San Francisco Giants DFS Spin
Logan Webb will start for the Giants in Game 1 of the NLDS on Friday. Kevin Gausman is on tap for Game 2 on Saturday against the Dodgers. Alex Wood and Anthony DeSclafani are the options in waiting for NLDS Game 3. Webb, 24, broke out to the tune of an 11-3 record, 3.03 ERA, 1.106 WHIP, and 158/36 K/BB ratio over 148 1/3 innings during the 2021 regular season.
Dodgers vs. Giants Betting Prediction
The Dodgers are 12-5 in their last 17 games in San Francisco, are 4-0 in their last four games versus a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15 and are 8-2 in their last 10 playoff games as a favorite. The Dodgers have also won eight of their last 10 playoff games overall, are 42-11 in their last 53 games overall and are 13-4 in their last 17 Divisional postseason games.
