Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Jose Altuve hit for the cycle for the first time in his career on Monday night as the Astros demolished the Red Sox 13-5 in Boston. Altuve led off the third inning with a double off of Red Sox’ southpaw Chris Sale then came around to score on an RBI single off the bat of Yordan Alvarez. He then led off the fifth inning with a single and eventually scampered home on a wild pitch. He smacked a two-run triple off of Kyle Barraclough in the sixth inning that gave the Astros a 5-4 lead. Altuve completed the cycle in the eighth inning with a two-run shot off of Barraclough — who was left in the game to eat 10 runs for the Red Sox. All told, he finished the night 4-for-6 with four runs scored and four RBI and is now hitting .322/.415/.529 with 10 homers, 34 RBI and 13 stolen bases in 62 games on the season.
Boston Red Sox DFS SPIN
Masataka Yoshida had a perfect night in a losing effort against the Astros on Monday night, going 3-for-3 with a double, three runs scored and a pair of walks. The 30-year-old outfielder reached on an infield single in the first inning and scored on a two-run double by Triston Casas. He then walked in the fifth inning and rode home on Adam Duvall’s two-run blast. Yoshida also led off the ninth inning with a walk and scored on Connor Wong’s two-out RBI single. With his three-hit attack, Yoshida is slashing a robust .298/.352/.460 with 13 homers, 62 RBI and eight stolen bases in his first season stateside.

Astros vs. Red Sox MLB BETTING PREDICTION
France is 9-5 with a 3.51 ERA on the season, but he owns an 8.22 ERA and 5.69 FIP across his last three starts. Bello, meanwhile, is 2-1 with a 2.59 ERA and 3.85 FIP over his last four starts (24 1/3 innings), but is facing a dangerous Houston offense that has posted run total so of 9, 17 and 13 over its last three games. On the surface, this looks like a solid pitching matchup tonight in Boston. In reality, these are two of the hottest offenses in baseball and I’ll gladly take the over despite the high number.
