Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have set the over/under for number of wins that the Reds will earn in the 2015 regular season at 77.5. They’re also 66/1 long shots to win the World Series, 28/1 to win the NL Pennant and 9/1 to win the NL Central Division.

The Reds made a pair of trades this winter, sending Mat Latos to the Marlins in exchange for Anthony DeSclafani, and Jonathon Crawford and Alfredo Simon to the Tigers in exchange for shortstop Eugenio Suarez.

Cincinnati also exercised the option of ace Johnny Cueto, who will become a free agent at the end of the season if the Reds can’t reach a long-term deal with him. The club also added outfielder Marlon Byrd in a trade for the Phillies that saw Ben Lively go to Philadelphia.

Along with the ability to sign Cueto to a long-term deal and the health of first baseman Joey Votto, the other burning question for the Reds heading into spring training is how they’ll fill out the rest of their starting rotation. Cueto, Homer Bailey and Mike Leake will serve as the top 3 starters, while DeSclafani, Tony Cingrani, Jason Marquis, Paul Maholm, Dylan Axelrod, David Holmberg and Raisel Iglesias will also be in the mix to fill out the bottom two spots.
