Men’s 5,000M Odds
One of the first medal events of the 2010 Winter Olympics will be Men’s 5,000 Meter Speed Skating.
In speed skating, competitors race around a 400-meter oval ice rink counter-clockwise.
For this event, current world record holder, Sven Kramer, is favored to take home the gold.
Kramer has odds of 2/5 to win the gold medal according to online sports book Brobury Sports. Other short odds to win are Havard Bokko (3/1), Bob de Jong (4/1), and Enrico Fabris (9/1).
