Minnesota Timberwolves DFS Spin

Karl-Anthony Towns said on Friday that he expects to be available for both games of the Timberwolves’ upcoming back-to-back to end the regular season. Towns and Timberwolves coach Chris Finch have the same expectation regarding his upcoming availability. The Timberwolves will visit San Antonio on Saturday before hosting New Orleans on Sunday. KAT being able to play both ends of the back-to-back would be a promising development, even though the Timberwolves (or any team, for that matter) won’t be required to play a back-to-back during the postseason. Minnesota can still finish 8th in the West, and they would need to win out in order to do so. Towns is officially listed as questionable for Saturday’s game.

San Antonio Spurs DFS Spin

Doug McDermott (sprained right ankle) and Devonte’ Graham (left adductor strain) will remain sidelined for Saturday’s matchup with Minnesota. Both players missed Thursday’s game and will remain out for the second to last game of the season. McDermott’s absence will open up minutes for Dominick Barlow and Julian Champagnie, while Graham’s absence will allow Blake Wesley to play the backup guard minutes.
