Giannis Antetokounmpo was solid on Sunday with 27 points (9-for-22 FGs), nine rebounds, three assists and one triple in a 139-118 loss to Boston. Per usual, Giannis led the team in scoring and rebounds. What wasn’t usual, is that they were outscored by 27 points when he was on the floor. He was able to shoot 8-for-12 from the free throw line, which should be considered a Christmas miracle considering how poorly he has shot from the line this season. He is inside the top-100 of season-long 9-Cat value now, but he’s in the top ten if you’re punting free throws. He hasn’t quite lived up to his ADP of 3.3, but for what he provides, he’s been excellent.
Chicago Bulls DFS Spin
Nikola Vucevic was disappointing in Monday’s loss to the Rockets as he only finished with 10 points (4-for-13 FGs), three rebounds, four assists and a triple. During their three game win streak, Vooch averaged 23.3 points and 10.3 rebounds. That makes this game ever more disappointing, as he was thoroughly outplayed by the second year big man Alperen Sengun. Vucevic is still having a good fantasy season, but he has been disappointing, given how well he has performed the last few seasons. If Chicago isn’t able to fix their internal issues over the next month and a half, Vooch could certainly be a trade candidate at the deadline.
