BALTIMORE, MD (The Spread) – The 137th running of the Preakness Stakes is tonight and oddsmakers have released prop odds for the race.
What will the winning time be at the Preakness – over or under 1:55.50? The over has odds of –130 while the under has odds of EVEN.
Will Secretariat’s 1973 Preakness Record be broken in 2012? The odds for “Yes (Faster then 1:53.40)” are +600 while the odds for “No (Not Faster then 1:53.40)” are –1000.

Will a horse win wire to wire at the Preakness? The odds of that happening are +220 on the money line while the odds of a contender not winning wire to wire are currently sitting at –280.
Will there be an injury in the 2012 Preakness Stakes? The odds for “Yes” are +400 while the odds for “No” are –600.
How many lengths will the winner win by in this year’s Preakness? The odds for “More than or equal to 1 length” are –225 while the odds for “Less than 1 length” are currently +185. This will be the 137th running of the Preakness Stakes, which was inaugurated in 1873. It’s a 1 3/16 (9.5 furlongs) race and carries a purse of $1 million. The Gates at Pimlico Race Course will open at 8:00AM ET and the Preakness post time is set for 6:05PM ET.
