CINCINNATI (AP) -The Cincinnati Bengals signed four late-round draft picks Thursday, including quarterback Jeff Rowe, a fifth-round pick from Nevada.
The team also signed defensive tackle Matt Toeaina, a sixth-round choice from Oregon; and center Dan Santucci and safety Chinedum Ndukwe, both seventh-round picks from Notre Dame.
The Bengals still have not signed their top three picks, including first-round cornerback Leon Hall from Michigan.
Bengals players were to report for training camp in Georgetown, Ky., on Thursday, a day before their first practice.
