So which team do oddsmakers like to win the Stanley Cup in 2009? Well not surprisingly, the Detroit Red Wings. The Wings are listed as 5-1 favorites to repeat as champions next year, while their 2008 Stanley Cup foe, the Pittsburgh Penguins, are listed as 6-1 favorites.

As always, there are a couple of value picks for next year, too. The Anaheim Ducks are 8-1 favorites to win the Stanley Cup in 2009, while the San Jose Sharks are 10-1 and Dallas Stars, Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals are 15-1.
