Oddsmakers have installed Spain as a massive 11/4 favorite to win the Euro 2012 while Germany has the next best odds at 3/1. France is 8/1, while Holland and Italy are 10/1 to win outright, respectively. Russia is 11/1, England is 12/1 and both Croatia and Protugal are 25/1, respectively.
Continuing with the odds, Denmark and Ukraine are both 40/1, respectively, while Poland is 50/1 and the Czech Republic is 66/1. Sweden is 100/1 while Greece and Republic of Ireland are viewed as the two long shots at 250/1, respectively.

Spain is led by coach Vicente del Bosque and its best performance in a FIFA competition came in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa when it won the entire tournament. Spain also won the World Cup Nigerria in 1999 and the Men’s Olympic Football Tournament in Barcelona as well.
As for Spain’s main competition in this year’s Euro tournament, Germany is led by coach Joachim Low and its been a while since the country had success in a FIFA competition. Germany won the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy in 1990 and also won the FIFA World Cup in Germany in 1974 and in Switzerland in 1954.
